If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@thesleepr.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the item once received under our 30-day refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel, as we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
If you have an active subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
